Christopher M. Fiano, Vice-President and Controller, is a graduate of Clarion University and is responsible for the day-to-day treasury functions and controller duties for the Penneco affiliates. He also has responsibilities in the area of broker/dealer relations and PDA Partnerhip Marketing. Prior to joining Penneco in 1991, he had been the controller of an independent gas and oil producer for nine years.
