Darryl M. Jacobs, Jr., Vice-President of Oil and Gas Operations, is a graduate of Hyles-Anderson College, and has been with Penneco since 1985. His responsibilities include gas and oil well drilling, production, gas measurement and compression operations, and supervising construction of Penneco's gas pipelines, metering stations, and compressors.
