Lawrence B. Nydes, Esq., Vice President and General Counsel is an undergraduate of the University of Pittsburgh, holds an MBA from Duquesne University and received a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He has been a practicing attorney since 1972, with 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, and was Senior Corporate Attorney with Equitable Gas Company for 22 years. He has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for districts in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Kentucky, and various courts of local jurisdiction.
