Mathew S. Jacobs, Vice-President and Assistant Secretary, is a graduate of Tennessee Temple University and joined Penneco in 1986. He is responsible for oil and gas marketing, computer and accounting operations, monitoring of land and well operations and production management of the company's operated oil and gas wells. He is also involved in the day-to-day operations of Penneco's affiliates.
